  • Can I modify or change my order after it’s been placed?

    If you’ve placed an order with Meridian Life Balance and would like to change items or update your shipping address, please call our Customer Care team at (888) 985-0647. If the order has not already shipped, we’ll be happy to modify as needed. If the order has shipped, please follow our standard return and/or exchange process.
  • Can I cancel my order?

    Cancellations must be made prior to receiving your tracking information. If you need to cancel your order after it has been shipped, reach out to to initiate a return.
  • Can I return a Meridian Life Balance product or order?

    We stand behind our products, and work hard to ensure that quality is our number one priority, and our customers know this drives everything we do and everything we formulate. That’s why we offer a 30-day risk free guarantee on all of our products. If you’d like to place a return or exchange, please reach out to with your order number and the items you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest. All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order and your order number must be provided to place a return. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment, and credit card refunds typically take between 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. Please note, your original shipping charges will not be refunded. If you purchased one of our products through a Meridian Life Balance retailer, visit the original purchase location for your return or exchange.
